Cellular Backup Services

Many businesses need ultra-reliable communications services, which must continue to operate even during a network outage. With our Cellular Backup Services, we can make this possible and affordable.

With Cellular Backup for Voice service, we will install equipment at your business location which provides as many cellular lines as you need over the cellular network. You must have our telephone service first to use this option. If your primary service fails due to a cable cut, power outage, equipment failure, or some other cause our network will automatically re-route your incoming calls to the Cellular Backup lines. Once the outage is resolved, our network will detect that and will re-route your calls back to the primary service.

You can decide whether to connect the Cellular Backup Lines to your phone system, or connect them to seperate, standard analog phones. If you choose the latter, then Cellular Backup would protect against failure of your phone system also.

With Cellular Backup for Data service, we will install equipment at your business location which provides internet service over the cellular network when your primary internet service fails. You must have our internet service first to use this option. If your primary service fails due to a cable cut, power outage, equipment failure, or some other cause our network will automatically re-route your internet traffic to the Cellular Backup service. Once the outage is resolved, our network will detect that and will re-route back to the primary service.
