Over the Air High Availability

Many businesses require ultra-reliable communications services, which must continue to operate even during network outages caused by outside cable cuts, power outages and other unforeseen events.  Our exclusive Over the Air services automatically keep your business operating even when your primary internet and/or voice services are down.  Our OTA services will stay up on battery power for up to 8 hours during a power outage, even if other equipment such as routers and switches have lost power.

Our OTA Voice High Availability service is an add-on feature compatible with most of our voice telephone services for business.  For a flat monthly fee, this service uses our Over-the-Air network to keep all of your voice telephone services at one physical location operational during a network outage (no matter how many lines you have), and automatically restores to normal operation when the outage is resolved.

Our OTA Data High Availability service is an add-on feature to any Internet Access service that we provide.  For a flat monthly fee, this service uses our Over-the-Air network to keep your internet services at one physical location operational during a network outage, however bandwidth may be lower than the primary service due to network availability at a specific location.  If more than 5Gb of data is used in any given month, overage charges apply thereafter.  99% of subscribers never exceed 5Gb of data on OTA High Availability.  Normal operation is automatically restored when the primary service comes back up.

Our OTA Data High Availability Premium service works the same as OTA Data High Availability, but also maintains all of your IPv4 and IPv6 network addresses when switching from primary to backup internet service. This feature is helpful for subscribers who use services that need to be accessed from outside.
